With a background in business, marketing, and executive leadership, Edith Heaney Miller brings a unique perspective to real estate brokerage ownership. A graduate of California State University, Northridge, Edith spent years as a corporate CEO before transitioning into real estate, where she became a top-producing agent and ultimately a brokerage owner.

In 2013, Edith and her husband, John Miller, opened the Intero Real Estate brokerage in Nevada County. Since then, she has dedicated herself to building and leading real estate companies that put agents first.

Today, as Owner and Broker of Record of Sierra Homes Realty, Edith's focus extends far beyond managing transactions. Her mission is to provide agents with the tools, technology, marketing resources, and professional support they need to build successful, sustainable real estate businesses.

Drawing on decades of business experience, Edith takes a hands-on approach to brokerage leadership. From developing innovative marketing strategies and implementing technology to navigating complex transactions and solving problems, she serves as a resource, mentor, and advocate for her agents.

She believes that a brokerage should do more than provide a license and a place to hang it. It should be a true business partner—one that invests in its agents, encourages collaboration, provides accessible broker support, and creates opportunities for professional growth.

Having called Nevada County home for more than 20 years, Edith is deeply committed to the local real estate community and the independent professionals who serve it.
